About Roxanna

Some jobs are tailor-made for people, and this is the case with Roxanna Grecco. One of the few women working in an industry populated with seasoned advisors, Roxanna’s knowledge and expertise have not only made her stand out from the crowd – they’ve created a reputation that has CEOs and presidents regularly turning to her for advice.

Roxanna is a fully-licensed financial advisor. Since becoming President of Baird Benefits Plus in 2011, she has taken the company to impressive new levels of customer service and satisfaction. Her work ethic and interpersonal skills have played a key role in bringing G.R. Baird Financial to industry-leading status.

Roxanna was featured in the 2018 Distinctive Women’s Magazine and is an active volunteer in her community, including her work with TEDxKanata where she held the positions of Curator, Director of Partnership and Event Day Lead.

When she’s not hard at work, you will find her spending quality time with her husband and two children. She also loves to golf and belongs to the Women’s Golf Society at the Marshes Golf Course.
